Dr. Guilherme de Macedo Oliveira
Catholic, Clinical Geneticist and General Practitioner
I have an interest in medical genetics and in the application of precision protocols in personalized medicine, hereditary syndromes, and somatic alterations to optimize diagnostic and therapeutic approaches, supporting translational research on rare diseases, polygenic disorders, systems and population genetics, and enzyme-replacement and gene therapies. I am interested in improving diagnostic methods and therapeutic interventions based on omics, particularly through the use of quantum causality methods and machine learning. I am also interested in Catholic Medical Ethics and in a humanized approach to clinical care.
